What we do
RLS Tooling Ltd. was established in 1989 to provide a UK based specialist form rolling die manufacturer, but has since expanded to provide a very comprehensive range of tooling for most thread rolling applications as well as form rolling.
Wide Product Range
RLS product range include flat thread rolling dies, tangential chasers, knurling dies and circular thread rolls. These products are sold worldwide either direct or through one of our agents or representatives. Our manufacturing operation extensively uses CNC machine tools and our technical staff have CAD systems to assist the development of special tools and forms.
Highest Quality
RLS Tooling have developed a Quality Management System, certified by Alcumus ISOQAR & Qualitas Veritas, to ensure that we consistently manufacture tools that match the needs of our customers.
The responsibility for Quality is shared by our entire workforce who are all committed to continuous improvement of our processes and procedures.
